Fully Comprehensive Pilates Apparatus Diploma

We are very pleased to be able to live stream and teach face to face our fully comprehensive Pilates apparatus diploma including the AIQ Pilates mat diploma and the Pilates studio apparatus with our international team of presenters in conjunction with MK Pilates. You can take your course in one of the best equipped apparatus studio’s in the UK with Align Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair and Spine Correctors and 10 individual Peak MVE Reformers and Towers. Each course has limited places so that learners have their individual reformers and towers to enable plenty of individual practice time. You will learn over 500 traditional exercises across the repertoire with over 500 hours of study, shadowing and self practice. You can build up your training module by module, or you can book as one diploma from the start. If you already hold your mat qualification you can move straight to apparatus and choose the option without mat.

Is our main Studio Apparatus Certification and consists of our 5 individual apparatus certifications as detailed below.

Each of the Reformer and Mat certifications consists of 4 days of education and assessment in a 4 day intensive course format with a full online programme of videos of the repertoire in support materials. The best of both worlds. You get to learn face to face and practice using our full video repertoire in your own time. The Tower/Cadillac Courses are 2 days each and again can be split but typically are presented in one weekend each. The three other pieces of traditional apparatus included in our Diplomas are each a one day certification. This includes the Wunda Chair, the Ladder Barrel and the Spine Corrector. The result is 15 days of Face to Face tutor led time, and along with your home study time, personal practice hours, shadow hours and client case study hours. This programme provides you with our maximum credit of educational development hours for Pilates Studio Apparatus. You will attend face to face training or live training over zoom together with a full online video support material for all the repertoire, shadow hours with a fully trained teacher and personal practice embodiment hours.

This Fully Comprehensive Apparatus Pilates Diploma instructor training course gives you the best of both worlds. A classical mat Pilates Diploma combined with the latest research on restorative movement and the traditional Pilates Method and the full classical apparatus repertoire on the main 5 pieces of apparatus.  It has been developed by our leading clinical physiotherapist and international Pilates coaches. WHO IS THE COURSE SUITABLE FOR?

• Individuals 16 years or over who want to teach Pilates as a fully comprehensive teacher using mat and the apparatus
• Those wishing to pursue a career in teaching Pilates both to individuals and in group sessions
• Individuals already running sessions but lacking a formal qualification
• Teachers who already hold the mat level 3 diploma or equivalent and want to progress to apparatus

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS ARE NEEDED?

• No qualifications or experience are required to take this course if also taking the level 3 diploma in teaching mat Pilates however you must have been attending pilates classes as a participant for a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the start of your practical training days.
• If only attending the apparatus days then a full level 3 diploma in teaching Mat Pilates is a pre-requisite.

ARE THERE ANY BOOKS OR SPECIAL EQUIPMENT THAT NEED TO BE PURCHASED?

• No, all course materials will be provided for during the course however you will need access to apparatus for personal practice between course dates and assessment

• The ability to teach Pilates apparatus both group and one to one with improved knowledge and skills, and with an internationally recognized qualification
